Self Care Isn’t Selfish

The key to self care is investing in yourself


 

Hey girl hey, so wassup with this feeling of feeling like taking care of you is selfish. Stop, pause and think about how beneficial it is to others when you choose to operate out of your best self, healthy self, rest self, happy self and so forth. You see where I’m going with this? I hope so because I’m about to get more into your business. Learning how to identify your needs, feelings, core values, trauma and self care regimen is essential to living a self care lifestyle. Identify your needs; ‘Self’ that you and ‘Care’ the provision of what is necessary for YOU. Identify your core values; the root belief you operate from. Identify your feelings; understanding the emotion/s and being able to communicate them. Identify your trauma; the voice of your story and how triggers show up. Identify your self care regimen; daily check in for a lifestyle you desire. The key to self care is investing in yourself. It’s tools in your toolbox to keep you whole. Taking your time to pause, to deep dig, to sit with yourself is the best way to trigger who you were, teach who you are and transform who you want to be.
