Wow the word guilt has really been hitting my spirit lately

Guilt not being able to be there to support my friends how I like 

Guilt for changing things I no longer want to do 

Guilt for exposing my vulnerability 

Guilt for not being patience in the lifestyle I want to live

The truth in guilt is it teaches you to trust your spirit 

Trust who you were

Trust who you are

Trust who you want to become 

All in the now 

I’m choosing to replace my guilt with goodness 

It’s okay for me to do things out of love but feel guilty when I don’t receive it 

Guilt grows my worth, I have to remind myself of it
