Geeeeeeeshhhhh it feels good to say it’s 2022. Baby I haven’t even been mistaking and putting 2021 at the end of a date, because I’m ready for what 2022 has in store for me. Pastor B asked in the NYE sermon, what are you believing God in for 2022? Baby immediately I was feeling the fruits of the spirit overcome me because I promise myself I will celebrate them more in 2022. Galatians 5:22-23 says, “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Before I recognized the external things, I wanted to be intentional about the internal things. As I EmpowerHER Lifestyle, I’m learning that HER is used in titles. That HER is a representation of understanding, detoxification, definition, preparation, budgeting and being! I learned that who I was, who I am and who I want to be is destined in what I know, what I do, what I believe, what I think, what I feel and what I want. Oftentimes our empowerment of self is snatched away because of circumstances, but in 2021 it taught me to always believe in the good in God. Pastor B stated ‘Our circumstances don’t change the word of God. Always find the light in the darkness. The grace of the enemy is doubtful. The grace of God is definite. We cannot overcome what we will not face. You won’t face what you believe is real. 2022 is the year you face it. God will blow your mind when you trust in him. Some things won’t make sense but believe it anyways. God will give you peace beyond your understanding’. Chileeeee did that word snatch your soul like it did with me, our empowerment is in our lifestyle but not the means of the lifestyle. For me that looks like knowing the ‘what’. What does that mean to me? EmpowerHER Lifestyle is a statement to live, love and learn wellness in one’s mind, body, soul and spirit to become a source of self awareness, self love and self worth and value. I’m walking in 2022, facing the known and unknown of God's purpose for me. It’s time to empower the black luxury lifestyle I was destined to live.
