In the book Pause Rest Be by Octavia Raheem she said “You will accept the love you believe you deserve” really made my flesh float

At times I struggle with accepting the love I deserve in who I give myself to, what I’m called to do, where I Am physically, when to let go and why I still choose to believe even in spite of what I see 

Then I learned that believing in you can affirm Y.O.U

Y.earn for O.pportunities of U.nderstanding (Y.O.U) when you are feeling in the idk, insecure and indecisive phase 

You don’t have to know it all to do 

You don’t have to get it right all the time to be 

You don’t have to… 

You can finish the sentence and allow yourself to receive emotional support or encouragement 

Guard your heart by yearning for the spirit, trusting the unknown opportunities and understanding that you may not know 

When, where, who, what and why will prepare the how

Believe in you by knowing the ‘how’ will work out for your go(o)d

The question is how will you handle it? That will be the reflection of the love you believe you deserve
