Becoming better in love is standing on your MF boundaries. Boundaries is an area of self care that protects you. So, what does protection look like for you? Protection for me is being armor in the glory of God by honoring my truth, trust, transparency and tools to serve me
Truth allows you to be better because it host freedom
Trust allows you to be better because it host integrity
Transparency allows you to be better because it host honesty
Tools allows you to be better because it host a self care regimen
Self love is learning to serve what works for you. We can quickly point out what doesn’t work but what about what does?
3 tools that help me become better in love is checking my gut, communicating my needs and affirming my actions
Tuh it’s given in order to be me, I have to love me fully
Fully in what Jesus said in 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 NLT
